Ned O’Donnell is a cop. A Chicago cop. You don’t mess with Chicago cops. Not in the days of Mayor Daley. Not unless you’re a big shot friend of the Mayor’s.

But somebody has definitely messed with Ned. He’s tied up, stripped of his uniform, lying in a dark basement. He doesn’t remember how he ended up this way. But he knows the Wrath of God and the Chicago Police Department will make the bastards who did this pay.

Little does Ned really just how much he’s been messed with, or just how difficult it will be to defeat the people who did this to him. But there’s someone else waiting in that basement. Ned is about to find out . . .
