What’s a wyrm to do? It just wants to smash through Great Yarmouth and go north to mate with others of its species. Surely the humans should understand that? Well, the humans have relationships of their own to deal with, and Calpurnia finds herself having to tell the tale of her least successful marriage. “It’s complicated” in chapter three of As the Wyrm Tyrns, my weekly serial about dragons, magicians, photographers, and maternity wards.
